Personal data processed
The full name, email address, phone number (optional), project type and project description you submit through the project form.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and conduct project discussions, on the legal basis of being directly related to the establishment of a contract (Turkish Law No. 6698, Article 5/2-c).
Transfers
Form content is delivered to me by email; the email services used run on servers located abroad. This transfer is necessary to prepare a quote at your request (Law No. 6698, Article 9/6-b). Your data is not shared with any other person or organisation.
Retention
Requests that do not turn into a project are deleted within 1 year at the latest. For projects, data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and for the periods required by law.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion and exercise your other rights via the request address above.
